We believe it's not enough to make great products. We think its essential to stand behind them. That's why offer both a money-back gurantee, and a replacement policy that is the best in our industry.

If you are dissatisfied with a GuitarFurniture product within the first 60 days after purchase, we offer you a no-questions-asked, money-back gurantee. Simply box it up securely (if you have the original container, that's great, but we don't require it...who has room for all those boxes?). Ship it back to us via UPS Ground, and when we receive it, we'll refund your money. All of it. (We do ask that you pay for shipping on the return, but we think that's actually pretty reasonable.)

After the first 60 days, we will repair or replace your product, free of charge. You pay ONLY the actual shipping charges, with no "handling fees" tacked on. Here's how it works - just email us a photo of the damaged part and tell us how it happened, and give us your shipping address - we'll take it from there. You'll receive your replacement part via UPS Ground or the U.S. Mail (at our option). If you're a working pro, and need it expedited, we'll be happy to ship it out overnight, if you're willing to cover the increase in the shipping charges.

By the way, nothing aggravates us more than companies that charge extra for shipping. With the ever-increasing cost of fuel, shipping charges are going up, and frankly, we don't feel like gouging you on shipping charges is a smart way to win the undying affection of customers. So we won't do it. Wanna know what we'll charge for shipping? Go to the shipper's site, and look it up. If you don't know the shipping weight, drop us a line - we'll be happy to let you know, so you can see for yourself that we're serious about our no-handling-fee policy.
